Roasted Gnocchi with Broccoli and Artichokes.
This recipe is just too simple to even provide measurements! My Roasted Gnocchi with Broccoli and Artichokes is a quick sheet pan or cast iron pan roast of pillowy prepared gnocchi, organic broccoli, artichoke hearts and peppers tossed with a few spices and dredged with olive oil then topped with a sprinkling of parmesan cheese!
Preheat oven to 425 degrees fahrenheit
On a sheet pan or large cast iron skillet spread
One package of prepared gnocchi
Organic broccoli florets, to taste
Artichoke hearts, to taste
Bell pepper rings, to taste
Salt, pepper, Aleppo pepper flakes and Italian seasoning and tomato powder to taste
A good dredge of extra virgin olive oil
Roast for 25-30 minutes tossing twice
Remove from oven and sprinkle shredded parmesan cheese and toss
Serve my Roasted Gnocchi with Broccoli and Artichokes with a dry wine and a green salad and Enjoy!
