Ginger Beef and Veggie Stirfry.
This is a simple stirfry using free range, organic ground beef cubes, seasoned with a lot of ginger, thai chili and a yummy umami steak seasoning! My Ginger Beef and Veggie Stirfry has so much flavor and is super nutritious. My Ginger Beef and Veggie Stirfry is full of organic veggies ushering in the season of Spring!! Enjoy over organic jasmine rice!
1/4 cup organic sesame oil
1lb free range ground beef, cut in cubes while still partially frozen
1 organic leek, sliced
1 small organic carrot, sliced
2 cups chopped organic celery
1 cup organic green beans, cut in half
1/2 cup prepared gingered carrots
2 tablespoons, organic minced ginger
2 teaspoons red thai chili paste
1 teaspoon korean chili flakes
1 teaspoon umami steak seasoning(a salt and pepper blend from Burlap and Barrel)
6-8 organic grape tomatoes, cut in half
1&1/2 cups organic chopped escarole
A few dashes organic tamari sauce to taste
In a skillet or wok, heat oil to hot
Stir fry the next 10 ingredients, making sure the ginger and seasonings are blended well
Turn off the heat
Add tomatoes, escarole and tamari
Serve my Ginger Beef and Veggie Stirfry over rice and Enjoy!!
