Fried Wonton with Radish Greens and Kimchi

                                   Fried Wonton with Radish Greens and Kimchi.

Fried Wonton with Radish Greens and KimchiSo this is a super simple recipe using prepared mini wontons or prepared potstickers! My Fried Wonton with Radish Greens and Kimchi is simply stir fried with fresh organic radish greens, leeks, carrots and Korean kimchi! This is so simple but amazingly delicious and nutritious. 1/4 cup organic sesame oil

1 lb of prepared wonton of choice or substitute potstickers

1 organic carrot, sliced thin

1/2 organic leek, sliced thin

Greens from 1 bunch of organic radishes, chopped

1/2 cup kimchi with juice

In a medium skillet heat the oil to medium high 

Add the wontons and stir fry until browned

Add the carrots, leeks and greens, stir fry

Stir in the kimchi and juice

Cover and simmer for a few minutes

Note: you can also toss in some sliced radishes if desired

And you can use any organic greens you have on hand if radish greens are not available
