1 LB venison tenderloin, sliced thin across the grain
2 inches fresh ginger, peeled and sliced
1 tablespoon Harissa seasoning(frontier)
1 teaspoon roasted ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon ground garlic
Salt and pepper
Juice if 1 lime
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
Dash of Japanese Mirin
2 tablespoons dry sherry
Marinate the sliced tenderloin in the above ingredients
1/4 cup grape seed oil
1/2 cup organic pea pods
8 ounces organic broccolini
2 organic potatoes,sliced
1 organic onion, peeled and sliced
1 organic bunch green onion, sliced
3-4 ribs organic celery, sliced diagonally
1 red bell pepper, sliced
2-3 organic carrots, sliced diagonally
1/2 cup sliced shiitake mushroom
1/2 butternut squash, peeled and cubed
1/2 pint organic grape tomatoes
In a large stir fry pan, heat the oil until sizzling
Add the marinated meat and quickly toss
Add all the vegetables except the tomatoes
Keep tossing until vegetables are crisp tender and meat is cooked through
Add the grape tomatoes
Remove from heat
Serve immediately with saffron seasoned basmati rice or soba noodles
