Summertime Pasta and Tuna Salad.
My Summertime Pasta and Tuna Salad is long on protein, full of delicious vegetables and much lower in carbohydrates as I use a vegetable rotini to replace the traditional pasta! Garbanzo and Fava beans star with olive oil packed tuna, artichokes, pimento stuffed olives and an array of healthy organic vegetables and herbs tossed with the pasta and dressed with a lemony vinaigrette for that just perfect umami touch!
