No measurements for my Stay At Home Stir Fry this is a simple, nutritious dish! Make it with your favorite meat protein or make it vegetarian with tofu! Just chop up your favorite organic veggies and do a quick stir fry with the protein of your choice that has marinated in a yummy sauce made with black sesame seeds, ginger, garlic,salt,sake,Tamari, Korean red pepper flakes and toasted sesame oil. A splash of Ume plum vinegar gives an umami punch to my Stay At Home Stir Fry! Serve over rice and top with kimchi if desired! Enjoy my Stay At Home Stir Fry while you stay safe at home!

I used:

Sliced buffalo tenderloin 

Marinated with:

Chopped organic green onions, 

Chopped organic ginger

A spice medley of organic black sesame seeds, ginger powder, garlic powder, salt, Korean red pepper flakes and toasted sesame oil 

A splash of Tamari sauce, splash of toasted sesame oil, splash of sake, splash of Ume plum vinegar

I used:

Chopped or sliced organic broccoli, asparagus, red pepper, potato, sweet potato, carrot

Whole organic pea pods 

And roughly chopped organic parsley 

A small handful of raw cashews

In a skillet or stir fry pan, heat 2 tablespoons of grape seed oil on high

Add the marinated meat or tofu, then add the cashews and vegetables

Stir fry until until veggies are just barely cooked, turn off the heat

Serve over steamed rice, top with kimchi if desired. 

Enjoy with a Riesling Wine and Stay Home!
