Simple Roasted Seafood

simple roasted seafoodThis is just too simple for words!! Luscious shellfish and seafood simply roasted in white wine, Meyer lemon and olive oil. This dish takes minutes to prepare and is just loaded with healthy, protein rich treasures from the sea! This roasted feast served on a platter is so impressive, your guests will imagine that you slaved over the oven; no need to tell them how easy this meal is to prepare!
