1oz dried Wakame seaweed, refreshed, drained and sliced in shreds
2-3 organic radishes, sliced
2 organic salad turnips, sliced
1/4 cup organic shredded carrots
1/4 cup organic Napa cabbage, sliced in shreds
1 small organic cucumber, sliced
1 small organic red bell pepper, sliced
1 cup organic green beans, blanched in salted water
1 inch fresh ginger, peeled and sliced thin
1/4 cup organic Tuscan kale, sliced in shreds
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 tablespoon organic cane sugar
Dash of rice vinegar and dash of toasted sesame oil
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
1 tablespoon toasted sesame ginger spice blend (Victoria’s Gourmet)
2 tablespoon tamari
1 tablespoon toasted sesame
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
In a large mixing bowl, combine seaweed with next eight ingredients
In a separate medium mixing bowl, combine kale with salt, sugar, dash of rice vinegar
and dash of sesame oil and rub the kale with your hands until softened
Add kale mixture to the large mixing bowl of seaweed and vegetables
Season with the last six ingredients, mix thoroughly, let rest for 5 minutes
Transfer the salad to a serving dish and enjoy with a simple grilled entree!
